Trish Gordon - Regional Manager
After doing a small dash in Australia and returning back to her “Roots” in 2010, Trish was delighted to join the ESL Team in Rotorua as a Client Officer. Taking care and building relationships with many clients as CO then as Manager for 12 years in the Rotorua branch, Trish was given the opportunity to manage our Napier Branch and has taken on that chance. She is very excited to have a new work family to look after in “The Bay.”
Away from work Trish and her family are very busy in the sports scene whether it’s netball, waterpolo, cricket the list goes on especially when she has an active child who LOVES sports. I’m sure “The Bay” has plenty of to offer.

Natalie Fairclough - Client Officer
Natalie joined our team in 2014 after recently graduating from Waiariki Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Accounting and New Zealand Diploma in Business. Outside of the office she enjoys walking, baking and socialising with friends and family.
Fiona Whaanga - Administration Officer
Fiona has 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. She comes to us after nearly 9 years at St Joseph’s Māori Girls’ College, ready for a change and new challenge.
When she is not at work she loves spending time with family and friends, and enjoying Napier’s Marine Parade, awesome cafes, music venues, going to the movies, shows and musicals. She especially enjoys the many walking trails up and around the hills of Napier, especially if that means a café at the end of the walk!
At home Fiona much prefers reading, crafting, cooking and gardening to housework, and can be easily tempted to drop everything and head to a café if need be. She would love to travel more, both in New Zealand and overseas (and search out cool cafes).
